This seems like an insane build not only are the arrows doing insane damage, the ult is a literal ICBM. Intentionally or not, this build also has some crazy movement speed and passive health regen in the mix (34 health regen is crazy).
Spirit build is a cool amount of dmg but requires a lot of positioning and map control - without save items like warp stone/shadow weave you can die in few seconds. Also Mystic Reverb feels like a great boost with it’s slow and dot 🔥
I think it would be too strong of a zoning tool if you could cancel and not use a charge. Basically baiting a stamina for 0 cost over and over would be kinda dumb

talon itself have crazy movement speed, just play behind teammate with charge shot and ult. Her trap is crazy good for ambush or cutting people off.

Kill assist with bird should give you +2 or at least something.
New patch added a grace period similar to DotA2, you have 3 seconds after the ability ends to get the kill to get a stack.
