Thanks for the video. I hope you have a great summer time. What are the mosquitoes like? Please film lots more of the area as I am really liking the idea of eventually buying a home in Sweden. 👍.
Thank you, it’s odd got bitten a couple of times in Southern Sweden but in first two days in Lapland there seems to be hardly any mosquitoes 🦟 and we haven’t been bitten once yet 🎉. Will be doing more videos very soon 🇸🇪❤️
...there are some interesting places on the way in between the enormous forested areas.....Mora, Helvetesfallet, Noppikoski, Hoverberg etc..... an interesting diversion would be route 63 from Karlstad to Filipstad and then route 26 until you rejoin the E45 at Johannisholm.... (there is a pleasant 'konditori' in Vansbro and a cinema café in Sveg)..... keep safe, regards, Jim
hello...you should have remained on the E45 all the way from Göteborg to Östersund and beyond.....the road is far more interesting than the E4 which became a very large diversion for you both, ..... wilder too
Thank you for the video! it's honestly so helpful to see some things that'll go on :) I'm planning a trip to sweden in the next year or two once i get my licence sorted. Do you have any tips on what to do when taking dog's? as i have 3 and want to know the rough cost's and what i need to do to take them
Glad it was helpful! With the dogs you need a euro pet passport if possible else a Uk vet animal health cert to travel The cost of dogs on car on eurotunnel is around £20 per dog each way, but easiest way to travel to France with dogs 👍
@@tapasandfika Thank you so much :) i'm thinking to go to northern Ireland i heard theres a vet over there that can give an EU pet passport i know the health certs can cost a bit if you want to travel more then once
Thank you for sharing your lovely footage of your trip. I wish you a great stay there and look forward to seeing more. Cheers!
Cheers back thanks for your comment 👍
Class mate. Can't wait to do this trek myself once my Old Volvo 240 is alive! :D
