Probably biggest thing that was missing from this game was proper car customization since they had big chance to introduce it bcs West Coast customs was in the game. None the less, this game is amazing.
Not customization, decent console and PC ports, decent vehicle sound effect (mostly reuses the same sound), decent voice act and decent release date was the biggest mistakes that makes the game failed.
I remember popping up the game's preview website, which had the full soundtrack that was going to be available, and just listen to the tunes whilst doing homework or something
You get Midway Concept 19 after doing an extremely precise and strict time trial. It's stats are pretty incredible, especially relatively early on. But goddamn, that time trial.

I found one that has the soundtrack and none of the discs are scratched at all! The booklet is new and the case is perfect. I think the previous owners opened it and then didn’t play it. I got it for $5 🎉 I also got a perfect condition Panzer Dragoon Orta for $6🙊 that game is extremely rare and worth big bucks and I have a basically new complete version.
