I made a post a while back about fixing the eyebrows on my FNAF action figures, which have very similar faces as these. You can look there for inspiration, but the short answer is at this size there isn't a great alternative. Besides I like the chunky look ;)
I know this is completely unrelated to the video, but could you make Thomas & Friends characters in the scale of the Mini Choo Choo Charles you made 'round 9 months ago? I'd love to see you do Edward, Gordon and Henry.

@@jhaylenchilds6416oh ok, fair. People are often unsure of Bonnie because his colour can vary wildly depending on the lighting. A lot of people think he's supposed to be purple but that's actually just because in the early games the lighting made him purple, meanwhile Scott Cawthon has officially stated Bonnie is blue because of all the controversy haha
thanks. It's because Bonnie is blue! Good look up pics of the movie, you'll see he's blue. Plus Scott Cawthon has said that Bonnie always has been blue, he just looks purple in some games because of the dark lighting, and then merchandise mistakenly made the toys purple based on the games
