This game is faithful to the tv series even up to the Ultraman costume design which happened 3 times to the entirety of the series. The music, sound effects and voice acting were all taken from the series. I wish i could play this again soon on the Switch instead.

Those always make me happy :) I get why the writer’s made Ultraman lost was to show that even he’s mortal with flaws and can’t always win, but I detest that they didn’t have to go far enough to almost *KILL* him too and force him to leave Earth for good, which made a real bittersweet ending for the original Ultraman series. And after that it really humiliated poor Ultraman too and portrayed him as weaker and shelved in favor of all the other Showa Ultramen back then which was kinda disrespectful. But It fills me with joy now that in games and now in the reboot film, Shin Ultraman, Ultra got the second try and respect he deserves :)

Gunbuster, which was made to look faithful to the series, had what if episodes and additional episodes that were supposed to be in the original but were cut and ironically as we know, Gunbuster anime was made by Hideaki Anno, who uses a lot of Ultraman inspiration for that anime and later Evangelion. Clearly Anno was an og Ultraman, Ultraseven, Return of Ultraman, Ultraman Ace and Ultraman Leo fan, Taro not so much and not sure about 80 but maybe because of school setting.

How to won against zetton, You must control ultraman like 20 meter far from zetton and use Ultraman Yatuzaki, Zetton use the shield just 2 or 3 second
easy way to do that is to back flip after throwing him or after smacking him while on top of him and then use the yatuzaki
