This game is incredibly intimidating. There is SO much to know. Great videos like this help me gain the confidence to finally start to die in this game! Keep up the great work!
If you’re having trouble getting practice vehicles, you can always pull one of the burnt cars off the road because you can’t really drive them anyway and you can use it for spare parts when you’re done
5:17 its important to point out that its NOT once per day. its a cooldown of 24hours. so if you switch out a light at 1pm and you come back the next day at 9am and you switch it out you wont get xp and the cooldown is reset to 9am the next day. its 24h cooldown not 1 day (I thought it was once per day so when I first started out I tried to switch out parts at 11pm and then wait after midnight but this doesnt yield xp)
I'm glad I watched this after starting into mechanics, it's actually way easier to get into that I thought AND it's way easier that I thought to repair vehicles by just swapping out parts with another vehicle that you don't care about, soooo easy and useful. I was motivated to do it because I wanted to replace the window of my new vehicle that I just hot-wired and when I did it with ease(literally just find any other vehicle of the same type with a window on it and it's gg), I became addicted to it. I assumed I could only get exp for each part of a specific vehicle and then never again on that one vehicle, so it's good to know that it's "per type, per day" and not just once "per part, per vehicle". So this video did end up filling in some blanks for me.
"I work in an autoshop around here. Instead of evacuatin', I armored up a truck to drive myself out of here. Built that thing to be zombie proof. Turns out it was only 99% zombie proof. The last 1% tore that truck to SHIT"
You seriusly need more recognition! You make videos like a person with more than 100k subscribers, you are by far my favourite Project Zomboid youtuber!
Hey, you're awesome! Your kind words truly made my day. The support and love you're sending my way are a big motivation for me to keep growing and improving the channel. Seriously, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support!
Great guide thx bro i also recommend the mod "Standardized Vehicle Upgrades" it adds armor to vanilla and some car packs look on the author's page bc there are several each with its differences
I find you level mechanic faster by installing and uninstalling just the parts you have level for (yeah, you need 3 or 4 cars, the type doesnt matter at all), of course once a day. lights and batterys also level electrician, salvage dont level mechanic but metalworking
Hey there! I just wanted to say a big thanks for the awesome comment! It really made my day. I'm so glad you enjoyed the content, and I hope it brought a smile to your face. Wishing you an absolutely fantastic time, and I hope you stick around for more cool stuff on the channel!
Hey, thanks for your comment! I apologize if the music was a bit too loud, but I truly value your feedback to enhance the video quality for the next one! Thanks again!
@@mr_pukish I got your question now. And the answer is no, the original vanilla car doesn't have their interior parts visible. This is a mod I used for the footage called "Cheat Menu Rebirth". When this car is spawned byt the mod with the descriptio "UGI_VehicleNameSportsCar_ez" you can see the internal parts. Here's the link to the mod: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2732834772

Don't be afraid to fuck up. It will happen sooner or later, but the sooner you get it over with, the sooner you can get to succeeding.

Are you a meticulous car mechanic in Project Zomboid, or do you prefer hopping from one car to another?
i prefer hopping from one to another

This is the BEST guide I've seen for cars in Zomboid.

How do you use that ginormous jack in the video or how do I set my car there
What’s the best negative and positive traits for mechanic?
i just lost my 2 rear tires and was stuck in the middle of a horde lmao D: rip

Hey bladiuss! What is the mod for the visible car interior for vanilla vehicles? As seen at 0:47
Hey there! That's actually a vanilla car called the Chevalier Cossette: pzwiki.net/wiki/Chevalier_Cossette
@@bladiuss I know that it is a vanilla car, but i dont think it has visible interior and parts?

can you install vehicle mod when the server is already have a progress or mid game?
To my understanding, in order for the mod to generate vehicles, the save file needs to be a new one.

Dominic T?.. Where r the Furious Cars.
These are my kind of mods 💀👍🏼
Glad I could help 👍
Is that a mod or vanilla;
The video mostly revolves around vanilla mechanics but there's a small section at the end where we cover popular mods!
The music is very loud.
Looked like some decent info..that music is pay too much of a put off to sit through the whole thing though.
Sorry about that. I'll definitely keep that in mind for the next video. Appreciate the input!
Bladius are you Swede? :)
Nope, I'm from Costa Rica! Does the Swedish accent sound like mine?
