What is the problem with you guys with Lavine? His injury history is bad. He has a huge contract that spans 4 mores years with a 15% trade kicker to boot. Plus it increases overtime. A first round pick is useless in a trade for him because if he's injured again or can't return to his previous form then the Pistons are stuck for the foreseeable future. It will take the pick you gained from the Bulls to get rid of that contract. Thats what you guys being caught in names are missing. Hard no. Nobody else in the league wants that contract. Hard pass on Lavine. Good player but if Cade is the future you don't want to destroy flexibility with a contract like that.
Exactly some people can’t understand that his contract is probably the worst in all of basketball. No thank you I’ll pass on the shot chucking injury prone “all star ”. Build confidence this season and get the young guys to believe in themselves again and use this season as to determine who fits and who don’t. Make moves next season if you have to then push for the playoffs and go from there
It was Tom Gores fault, he pressure SVG to make the trade to sell tickets at his new stadium. But Tobias Harris isn’t a bad player, and his contract is very moveable if that time ever comes
Pistons need one more shooter (Gary Trent Jr, Malik Beasly) and some interior defense. I love Duren but unless he starts getting 2+ blocks per game we need some help. Not a single person on this roster over 6'10".
I think getting Lonzo Ball from Chicago for some picks would be great. I would let Lonzo run the bench unit and it would work well. Our second unit would be full of veterans and would make our team more competitive. I'm not a fan of adding Zach Lavine. He isn't going to lift this team to the next level. It's a pointless addition.
Why is it all the stupidity seems to go to Detroit franchises until someone steps into their front office to save them? Maybe we are really in a simulation...
Nobody will 😂. That’s what ppl need to understand about these names getting thrown around. It’s probably the best we can hope for that we can get a player like Lavine to be honest. 🤷🏾♂️
Get Demar Derozan up in here on a short term deal and you’re now looking at a playoff team. Teams obviously aren’t really looking to part with first round picks in trades so it’s time to pivot to plan B
Cade, Ivey, Tec, Harris, and Duren will be a complete different team than last year. Maybe sign Miles Bridges and move Tec to the bench with Holland, Ausar, Sasser, and Stewart 🤷🏾♂️
Why do you people want this 30 year old dude that didn't play 50 games over each of the last couple season. Stop it. The Bulls are a better team and they don't want him.
Pistons could win at least 25 games this year with these upgrades 😂 yes that’s a good thing to win 25 if you’re the pistons
Was a mistake trading him when we did he was hitting his prime and we been trying to get a wing that can shoot and play D

Zach Lavine doesn't want to be here. Didn't he get season ending surgery last year so he wouldn't be traded here. Get over that Lavine BS.
Yeah and why bail out The Bulls? Let them eat that and hold back their rebuild in the Central.
It was dumb when we traded Harris away to begin with, now we got an older Harris
It was Tom Gores fault, he pressure SVG to make the trade to sell tickets at his new stadium. But Tobias Harris isn’t a bad player, and his contract is very moveable if that time ever comes
I’m so happy cade has regular baller
The light skinned twins (Cade and Tobias)
Now being back BOBAN

Duren is still 20. He’s still learning the speed and anticipation of all that. He has the physical tools to be a defensive stopper.
They need a rim protector

It pissed me off everytime they mentioned Tobias Harris coming to the pistons and now he here

Yooooo
Tobias thj Flynn on sign and trade (2 years second year team option) for lavine a future first and two seconds
Hard no to Lavine for so many reasons
This is dumbest shit Pistons will be under 20
Wins again
I like the Tobias signing. Now go and get Zach Lavine.
Don't think we have the cap space for that anymore
No money left
Fuck lavine dude is trash and will stunt Iveys growth
