I voiced the Owen character, and I viewed this job as the opportunity to do my own take on goold old Barry Burton from RE1... looks like it has strong RE1 vibes indeed! (I didn't know about the whole game, just my scenes).
I noticed the map looks a lot like the RE2 remake map also it's a shame Owen dies so soon in the game now I'm all alone in this creepy hotel good game so far though.
Man, this is one that I dont want spoiled for me at all, so I'm just gnna comment and leave a like...but man I hope this is special. I'm a horror fan at heart and I think VR really has the potential to kill me with fear.

Awesome review, I got to play Propagation VR and knew nothing about it and immediately got hooked. Was so excited when I heard of the Paradise Hotel release date. I'll be tapping in for the first time tonight it's super quiet in the house got my tea ready it's going to be wild! ❤️🛸
I'm going to wait until it's available on PSvr2. I'd rather play it on an OLED screen than my index or quest 2. I wish it was a bit longer but if it's three hours of very good quality gameplay I'd say it's worth the $20.
I just watched beardo playing it on PC VR and honestly seeing that before this, the quest version is dark and it looks so much better on pcvr, I think it's good advice to get it on PC if you have one, it reminded me of the resident evil series and he also made mention of RE, I think any fan of will like this❤️
Stop whinging about the game duration. Three hours is excellent value for time spent in an interactive world created especially for the game. This is a new medium. Spending triple the development time for low user bases isn't worth it yet. Think yourself lucky that devs are putting out good games, instead of hurting them by giving negative reviews or comments or not buying their games. Ironically, this sort of behaviour will just damage VR adoption.
@@rokasb6907 literally spent 20 dollars for 2 hours, yes i like the gameplay but it's not worth the price in the slightest. Not to mention it ends on a "To Be Continued." If they were to update the game and add more chapters it would definitely be worth it, but as it stands good gameplay, very short story, could have been more. 5/10
@@ofchicken Well I haven't tried it myself (trying to pluck up the courage lol) and the "to be continued" aspect ought to have been made VERY clear on the marketing (preferably by calling it Part 1 or something like that). But even so, two to hour hours of gameplay for the price of a cinema ticket is excellent value in this new medium - assuming the gameplay is good, which most reviews agree it is. Excellent value, I say.

Great VR game on psvr2. Just got past the section the big monster comes out of the wall and chases you. Never been chased in VR before and just intense. This is definitely the scariest game Ive played. Dont mind the 3-4 hour length since i can only play in VR for an hour at a time.

i just watched the trailer for the first game, sad that it looks much better graphics. i guess their focus was on quest, with pc as an afterthought. but i suppose we cant blame them, as a company they have to follow the money.

its so disappointing all the performance left on the table in modern pcvr games. if the quest version can look like this with about a hundred times less performance than a gaming pc, the pc version could logically speaking look 100 times better than the quest version. but generally speaking they always look exactly the same.
That's a fair point! Unfortunately, the cross-release of games onto mobile and PC-grade platforms does frequently lead to mediocrity at the higher-end.

I really enjoyed the free Propagaion VR wave shooter. I'm also a fan of their game Ragnarock. I hope this one lives up to my expectation.

I finished resi 8 yesterday (I'll play it again if they add vr trophies) but I need a good horror game, you get hooked on the scare factor.
