You tube sent me a message saying between the 9:30 and 11:15 marker belongs to "The Thrill is gone?" What BS! Everything I just played came out of my mind as I went along this morning, not copied by some artist! Such BS! I'll have to write and get that cleared because my lead is all mine.

For those viewing, these "Coffee Jams" are unplanned, unrehearsed, unscripted, and are a series of
"jams" I Damien wake up to in the mornings as I have my coffee. Everything I am playing is 100% improvise, everything. The jams are then developed into future songs. NO you cannot steel any part of these songs and if you want to use them for your videos you need to write me for permission and if the backtrack is not mine you also need to write them for their permission.

I received a notice that this jam has a violation stating a part of it belongs to BMI Records for a song called "The Thrill is Gone." Sorry but... no one is steeling ANYTHING from them and have zero interest in infringement of any artist theft! These are all original from our heads and whatever AI Bot that captured some few notes sating it was stolen is BS! How else does one learn and come up with songs? By hearing other peoples music and then use our own talent to write out OWN songs,
Finally, obviously I am not Jimmy Page who stole tons of songs from the great blues player Willi Dixson from songs such as the famous "You Shook Me" and "Dazed and Confused" by Led Zeppelin and who knows what others. Ive written to BMI and the owner of alphajams.com and asked alphajams.com for permission to use his wonderful backtracks he creates. I'm awaiting a reply from BMI to have such violation removed because what your hearing is pure talent from my mind and alphajams.com talent.
