So a hundred buck breakfast, ouch! 😊 And that sound of the whisk would drive me nuts.

fv: it is not for breakfast but for dinner. I actually think the whisking is cool but I agree, if you were listening to that the whole day, it would be annoying. Please like, subscribe and keep watching. Cheers!

Looks delicious! Thanks for sharing your experience at Mere Poulard. I had heard it was overpriced and too busy/rushed; glad your visit was otherwise.

Ameleea: that is what I heard as well but I can only tell you my experience. I think much more relaxed at dinner. At lunch, there are huge lineups so I can see how it would be a much difference experience at lunch. Cheers!

Idk how I got recommended this video but I really enjoyed it! I always appreciate hearing the history behind things and of course seeing people enjoy their food. I had never heard of this place but I really want to go now!

rainbow: thank you for your honest comment. I think it is important to know the history of something, not just the taste. Something transcend taste and with Mont Saint Michel, most people miss the point. It is not supposed to Disneyland fun....it is a pilgrimage site, the abbey was once a jail. It is a site for introspection which is the opposite of what you get when you go midday with all crowds. No way to appreciate Mont Saint Michel unless you stay overnight and see the serenity of the island. Please check out my other channel, Trophy Travel Experiences for more about Mont Saint Michel. Cheers!

When I went to Mont Saint Michel, I regrettably skpped the omelet. Seeing your video makes me doubly regret not going to Mere Poulard's. It was just too busy. By the way the French generally don't eat things like omelets, fried eggs, bacon for breakfast.

RDC: I would agree if you are there are lunch, it is too busy and the lines are too long. But if you are there for dinner, it is an exceptional experience. Cheers!

michael: I was surprised I thought a 35 Euro was worth it! But it is truly an amazing experience with how they beat the mixture, then put in on the open file, cool and then serve it. I think it is better at night when they have more time to make each one. At lunch, it is crazy busy so they just pump them out and I can see how each one would not have as much attention. Cheers!

Do you get free continental breakfast staying at this hotel?

worldwalker: I think you can choose different rates but my rate did include breakfast which was actually quite good. See my review of Le Mere Poulard hotel. Cheers!

@@trophyfood so the breakfast is different from the omelette correct? You can order the omelette any time of the day?
