Little Nightmares is a slow chase and had more room for NPC error because of the area around you. Little Nightmares 2 encapsulated true fear of being hunted. Even at the beginning where you're in a clearing in the woods, the hunter shooting at you enables that fight or flight reaction in you.
I also just think that in Little Nightmares 1 the enemies where kinda clunky and glitchy, while in Little Nightmares 2 you would always have time to escape and move without some bullshit hitbox glitch or something get you
Also music in Little nightmares 2 is creepier and more confusing.

At 6:09 This Chase Really Put Me On The Edge Of My Seat, The Music That Plays Is Freaking Awesome And The Amount Of Tension And Fear In This Chase Makes It A Million Times Better, The Noises That The Doctor Makes Is Horrific And The Way You Kill Him Is Just Amazing, Great Job To The People That Made This Masterpiece

Little nightmares 1 was a good game but little nightmares 2 was an absolutely outstanding game better than LN1

@Tom Hayden This game utilizes Terror more than Horror, so yes. It’s a thriller instead of a horror game. Take notice how I don’t think there is a single literal jump scare in this game. Rather it gives you fear by having you sneak around worried about being spotted and caught, having you do risky movements and tasks giving you anxiety. Especially with its chase scenes. This is terror. Horror would just be a bunch of jump scares and loud noises
Tl:dr: Terror is letting your mind scare you more than what’s actually shown to you
Horror is just relying on something scary looking to scare you
The music is way more intense on part 2
For the first game I liked the janitor and the chef my only favs and the doctor was cool so was the thin man.

I'd say the signal tower. It's the reason The Viewers have disoriented faces. They've been exposed to it for too long.

I say the signal tower is definitely behind the happenings of the Little Nightmares universe, but if there’s a bigger threat at hand it could be an interesting idea/concept for a Little Nightmares 3.
