Just want to say...I know it's been 10 years, but I reallllly like your video. It's real, informative, and down to earth! You seem like a really nice, knowledgeable, and caring person. Thank you!
It's not fully relaxing for the client because they are holding their foot in the air. I would put a roll cushion under the calf while working on the feet, that way the client can have total relaxation.
I assure you the way the person is laying down she is relaxing ;) Even if the therapist is "holding" the feet as you were saying. Try it yourself you'll see =)
I just tried it today -_____________- ....all i have to say is i made another appointment for FRIDAY! Honestly, i think this is more relaxing than a back massage...
4:25 You are like a Japanese teacher. There are many, many tiny moments where your fingertips never leave the skin at given points, which you do not explain clearly, but we must learn by seeing.
Really massage for the legs is very good for people who have the standing work every day.i just found it and learned something techniques from others.chiroractor just cracking. If therapists know more of cracking is the best thing for clients. Because after cracking nerves don't have contraction between joints of bones. That helps blood and function work again .but we need do muscles and ligaments for replacement their positions. At that time we will feel good when moving our joints.
"Reflexology based on "Science" ? Can you please explain what you mean by this? Science is based on what is testable, observable, and can be recreated by anyone. Reflexology has not yet met these standards therefore it cannot to be legitimately be called "science". Please be intellectually honest and call it for what it is, a hypothesis of what someone happens to believe but has not yet proven to be true. Im sure the massage feels wonderful and relaxing, but to claim that rubbing certain parts of the foot has connections with diabetes and other ailments are just nonsense. Get a massage because it feels good but don't pretend it does more, because this is Pseudoscience not real science.
There is no need for tests. Reflexology has been around for more than 5000 years. And by the way it isn't about "rubbing" feet it is a technique called thumb walking addressing the specific reflex points related to organs and glands. Even if you don't have a certification in Reflexology rubbing your feet can bring you benefits.

Is it ok to get a massage when you are one month pregnant?
no massage is too harmful
Of course you can, as long as the therapist knows the contraindications of certain areas not to work on the body when you’re pregnant.
very good
Thank you, Teacher!
Very awes pandemic idea
What......are you doing?
-ology literally means "the science of"
1:37 Please not on the floor, unless everything is sterile.

Yes reflexology isn’t true or anything but manual therapies DO have science behind them.
