Definitely active fish. Awesome fishing.
Those are some Goodun's! I've caught a bunch in the oxbows off the O in years past. My old fishing buddy who stayed "on 'em" passed away a few years back so I haven't been back. Thanks for sharing . Who'da thought they would only be 4 feet Deep? LOL
Jamie, I tried to share this on my FB page but it wouldn't let me hit a post button...???...Great job...as usual..jv
You have no choice but to catch them when you are fishing with Jenko Rods with the best hookset on the market. 🤣👍
I totally agree!
Did you stay with Gray Ghost? Or did you switch colors?
I tried some orange with chartreuse, but stayed with gray ghost to catch the fish on this trip.
Nice! This is in louisiana right?I live down around Marksville.
I’m good ways north of Marksville! I fish the Ouachita River in Arkansas as well as Louisiana. Thanks for watching!
Was there any current where you were fishing? Those fish were hungry for sure.
Yes sir the water was dropping and there was current. Most fish were roaming and not still for long.
Old river bed?
