Theory:the neighbor had a daughter and later he got in a car crash and it made her in a mental state were she couldn't control herself and she hurt the neighbor and other people so he had to keep her in the basement and give the illusion that she was in her room and he tried to hide it from his son (you as the player)but you find out after she dies in the hospital and he tries to keep you in the basement but you escape and also in the mini game where you have to hide from people in a locker here is a theory for that:you are playing as the daughter and you hide when the other students are in the hallway you try to hide so you don't get bullied but at the end a bully followed you and you learn to stand up for yourself instead of hiding but I know it's not the best theory but I'm 10 so yeah thanks for reading my theory I know it's a long theory but oh well by

Hey! I was playing Hello Neghbour and for a lot of people, the ladder that lets you go to the roof (next to the cable car rail) bugs sometimes and you can't get through. For anyone who struggles to get through, I have tip for you. Collect 3 Beartraps and put all three of them in the gateway, where half sticks in and the other half sticks out. It doesn't have to be exact, but make sure to make it close. once you step in the beartraps ( might take a couple of tries) The gates moves 5 inches from where it is supposed to be. No joke. This works. Now it should be easy access to the ladder. Ur welcome for the tip!
