I really wish more realtors would make videos like you. Great quality and gives us the best view of the home without physically being there. Thank you.
I'm in love with everything in this townhome. My sister and I would fight over that master room as we are contemplating teaming up doing a lease or purchase together. Great job as always on the touring video. :)
It is only considered a townhome, because there are connected. There are no such things as detached townhomes that would make it a single-family house. Unless you are outside of America and your country calls them something else.
Very niiice town house, outside & insides, beautiful as in rich clean scenes being shown in the different rooms and areas of the town house connections. 👉 I'm not 👀 looking for political reasons, but, what would also be so fairly beautiful is if the seller's or renter's would make such a beautiful clean doing affordable price for fair and natural real helpful and or real beautiful doing persons that do real helpful and or real beautiful for people in that city and or state of which the advertised housings located.😊

We single guys with no kids just need a decent one room shack with a garage. This is nice but it's like someone trying to sell me a luxury camper just to drive to work.
Why rent when you can own,I couldn’t see myself spending all that money a month just to rent when I could be in my own home or a rent to own home, that’s just my opinion tho
That is the truth. It doesn't matter what's happening in the economy, there will always be some people complaining about how rough it is while others are busy making money.
Bro, what's wrong with the housing market? People still buying houses, there is no housing crash and the job market is strong. Bad credit is the main reason most people can't buy a house
If my math is correct, you would have to make around $216K annually to qualify to rent this unit. That’s crazy. I doubt someone who works that much money would RENT and furnish a townhome they’ll have to eventually move out of.
Alpharetta does have a lot of corporate employers including tech companies, so there are employees who may only need housing there for a year or two and for whom it would be more beneficial to rent than buy, even at that rate.
Yeah, unless this professional with a $216,000+ annual salary is only planning on staying in the Atlanta area for a few months to two years, they probably ain't gonna rent, they're liklier to buy than rent. At least if you purchase a property or part of a property, you get to own an asset that adds to your net worth and one that via the greater financial stability can double as a cushion to break your monetary fall should the economy go south.

Kia, if you can't do it alone, teaming up with someone you know and trust is a good idea.

I love townhomes, not connected or too close together. Beautiful home ❤
All townhouses I have seen are connected.
There are townhouses that aren’t connected

I agree but many people can't buy a house because of bad credit or they may prefer to buy an expensive car and pay rent.
So you’re clearly not paying attention to the housing market right now😂
@@sbrnation7090 nah it ain’t that rough bruh, you just ain’t really looking or you trying live above your means

No character whatsoever
Perfect, but too close together.
It’s a townhouse
Townhouses are attached. They are suppose to be close together.
Not luxury
Why do you say it is not luxury?
