Earlier I used to think that what kind of shit Osho taught to his students... People are dancing like crazy making Hoo Hoo sound... I thought this is a sure-shot method not for enlightenment but for the psychiatric ward in a mental hospital... But, as I started practicing Hatha yog and tried to align my yog practice with some meditation and spirituality, one of the first methods which my teacher gave to me is to jump like this making sound of HUMM... Tough I never practiced just listened and continued practicing asanas only... Today I accidentally fell upon this video and my view towards osho has now totally changed... Osho just repackaged and renamed old technique of meditation prevalent among Siddhas and named it Dynamic meditation because his followers were not analogous but from different cultures, races etc... This video has intrigued me now I will listen what osho had said about this dynamic meditation...
