Sandhurst Memorial Parkrun #4 04/01/2020

This was my fourth Parkrun in a week. Following its cancellation on the 14th of December. There was one big puddle on this course (though I've been told there's more when it's been raining) that I managed to bypass. I don't think this can be construed as cheating as it wastes time rather than saves time.
A side note: there was a slight problem with aligning the two parts of this video that can be seen at 15:58; it goes black for a split second. All attempts to fix it have failed so I'll leave as is for now.

Great footage glad it's not just me that sounds like that at parkrun. I've not done it in 20 minutes though just last Saturday got my first sub 30, 29.33.
