Congrats and welcome to building generational wealth. I still remember buying my flat in Chennai in 2004. Growing up that would have be not achievable . Now I am looking for my 3rd house with more than 2 garages. When I got my independent house I thought haveling 2 garage is enough but now nope....
Nice but go for ready possession apartment.. You may end up paying more but you can save money around pre EMIs and rent plus you can validate all things yourself in case it is ready possession.
It's not about which is better renting or buying your own house. It depends on your financial situation. If 50, 70% your income is going to your Home loan EMI. I think it's better to rent and invest that money and focus on increase your income.

Have you looked in to master plan ,their are High power lines passing between blocks and from left periphery . Kindly check why because they usually have typical radiation levels that have insignificant effects if they are 200 meters away from your apartment.

Finally You are going to be in our area.... Last year only you should have seen this property.... May be few lacs could have saved....
I had huge inclination towards cars & bikes but realized that we can't pay rent for entire life which is not going to remain constant. I have seen how renting a house for years feels . We bought house in 2022 & going to buy car this month. :) .. I will buy bike once I feel settled in other important things, anyways I am going to use it rarely (once/twice in a yr). I realized that expensive things goes out of fashion faster & then it is very difficult to make change in it because it is going to cost even much higher to upgrade. My mantra for spending is to understand my needs, wait for few months before buying anything & avoid influential purchases. Most of the things I will not buy after the wait time. With this mantra I saved huge in last few years, which gave me more power to invest in good assets.

Why don't you go with a gated community villa so that you have your own land,house and you can enjoy your vehicles by sipping coffe in balcony or in lawn where these apartments are also costing too high but you can't feel much that it is own in apartments...

the reason is the current apartment cost of Aparna in kondapur is around 1.5- 1.7 cr so the same apartment came at 1 cr in 2020 almost 50-70 lacks the price in hyd has blown away. if I am not wrong he might be seeing the same apartment for 2 bhk so it would cost him the same because they are pre-booking assuming the complete apartment including furniture and registration comes 2 cr (rounding off). so 50% cash and 50% loan for current interest rates around 8% after rbi hikes. so the EMI would be coming to around 85k per month for 20 yrs. current rent I think he is paying around 35 k.
if real estate falls they are not gonna complete the promised apartments on time your advance amnt gets struck(ps:- I have enquired this one of my real estate frnds who also said that if they promise an apartment in 3 yrs it takes 5 yrs to deliver full with all amenities).
Everything is fine 💯💯💯. But real-estate never fall
