She is extremely brave to confront the condition she was in, receive professional help and then have the courage to discuss her challenges so openly.
I know this comment is based on something she said in passing but maybe it can help someone going through an addiction that doesn’t realize or want to admit it’s an addiction- I am an alcoholic. And I can tell you 100% it IS an obsessive compulsive behavior. I do not enjoy it. I do not have fun. It is not a party. It is an obsessive urge that I have that I cannot control.
Well, the part of an addiction, almost the very essence of it... is the obsessive urge of course. Otherwise it's not an addiction. The main difference between addictions, is the cause of the urge: mentally or physically, or a bit of both.
Like my past 4 years+ of food addiction. compulsive overeating and gained 60+ pounds.

The "doesn't smell on your breath afterwards" part is not accurate in my experience.
The medical terms for this particular addiction is called "Belong to the Streets Syndrome". A highly contagious disease seemingly affecting most modern women located in western regions.

This was my wife after pregnancy. I couldn't keep up - once a day is enough for me. So once a week we hire a 'BBC bull' who comes round and takes care of her needs. Occasionally we'll bring multiple guys over, as long as they're respectful. She's happy and satisfied and so am I. It works for us
