  • Aurora Aksnes - Zitat 187:
„I have my own language. I started making my own language when I was this ‚guerreirinha’ [= warrior girl], when I was little, little warrior I started making my own language, because… which I spoke to with my imaginary friends, which didn’t have much use, ’cos they were imaginary friends. But then I just kept it for myself for a little while and then... now I want to kind of use it more in my music and it has letters. There is an alphabet, which you will understand in the future ... Hmmm. But there is an alphabet, but is not… is secret still, is only for me. But the language is very emotional, like one word doesn’t really have one spezific meaning, but with… together with melody it has a meaning and it can change towards you feel it should mean - you know - could be what every you need it to be.“

The language sung that comes with the sudden immersion of creating the song, that is the imaginary language from which its sprung.
I often create songs with imaginary songs in my head, because it naturally flows with the music I create, I can then translate it - if I find it fits the context.

She uses it in the song "A Different Kind of Human" .
    And probably others too :)
Hey, I probably found that out right here.

      @@vontrude3310 That's right.
It is, indeed, a powerful song.
And partly because of that... and also, as she goes wild.
I'm going to watch it live :)
      Now :)

Her own language is what we in D&D would call "celestial".

Aurora is unique. I am curious when we will learn this language. Or do we learn them with every song? And only later does it reveal itself to us?
