The video is missing some information, The 2x4 studs are vinyl siding. What is cladding the SIP side. What is the roof material of the SIP side. I have not seen a video of what happens when there is a roof collapse. Do the walls fall out or in like a ginger bread house? What happens when fire is started in the foam due to electrical or other cause. Can the foam actually be an accelerant.
Please show us details of the construction so we can make a knowledgeable comparison. This feels like a commercial for SIPS. Was there insulation in the stud walls, or was there plywood under the vinyl siding? What were the soffit materials? Were there vents? What was the finish material over the SIPS? So many questions...
Another way to mitigate high density fire risk is by building low density so that way its a lot harder for fire to spread. The only areas high density should be allowed is inner city cores, not the suburbs. However adding this building material would also reduce fires from spreading to another room therefore increasing escape times.
Ah.. fiber glass insulation is Not stopping the oxygen from getting to the burning wood paneling and wood studs. I think the MAG product is a like a cement board, meaning, it is not about to burn.

How toxic is the unburned SIPS panel "MagWall" material after the fire? Is there a fencing product made from this material?

Interesting but hardly comparable when the stud walls do not have insulation in them, thus exposing air gaps in the wall compared to SIP's.
