Those Labyrinths were something else. Great explanation. ;). I saw those acorns the first time in TOTK I knew they were a guide. But playing Breath of the Wild so much I knew where to go. It was the Sky Labyrinth that was new. I took pictures of the locations of the gates for my second play through.

Unfortunately, I don't think bone proficiency affects arrows, just so you know. That would be pretty sweet, but it would be an absolutely insane amount of damage with a 5x Lynel bow, gibdo bone, attack up and also this armor. I think some people did tests on it and found that it only works with bone and bone-fused melee weapons. Thanks so much for this video, though! This will be my next quest. :) I'm going to keep following your videos, as they are super helpful--not to overly fast like some other videos can be. Would love to see more shrines! (Though I know that's probably a ton of work).

I remember this from BOTW. Phantom Ganon armor. In Botw attack up meals would stack with this armor. Don't know about this game yet. You would have almost 3x attack with bone weapon + Lv 3 attack meal.
Attack meals will stack with bone proficiency 😉 but I don’t think a 3x attack meal will stack with attack armor

Still no hearty salmon in my Lake Kilsie though 😭 They're almost definitely story dependant. I will keep you all updated after completing some more long overdue quests.
That salmon is puzzling me🤔 did you try going to the areas on the map that I showed where they are and just hitting the water with shock fruit?🤷♀️ I am puzzled to how they could be story related … I know that I couldn’t find any if I was on a zonai device so I had to stop and swim but strange if they are related to a quest or story 🤷♀️
@@WTF-Gaming yep, tried everything. Over 100 shock fruit and yellow chu chu's all around where your stars were in the video and most other areas. There's no way those particular ones are that hard to find when all other hearty salmon come so easily. I'm wondering if they unlock later for people who are further along in the game and actually require that many extra hearts. I've done 55% but yet to complete quests like dragon tears due to being a noob and just fumbling my way through the game. I'm a bit more structured now so I'll keep checking in each time I tick off quests that should have been done ages ago.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has just begun the game to know if they have a dozen or so salmon in there. Also I have no chillfin trout 🤷🏻♂️

@@WTF-Gaming guess who has a Lake Kilsie teaming with chillfin and hearty salmon!! They must be story dependant. I'd given up on them and hadn't been back to the lake in ages. In the meantime I completed a heap of shrine quests that I'd missed and probably notched up another 10% completion. I'm only at 65% currently. Only other thing I did was update. Been putting the update off for a while contemplating some duping but decided I'd just do the update. After that I noticed a few small changes in some caves I regularly clean out. There were lit torches and glowing cave fish when there wasn't any previously. I got excited and went on a salmon run and sure enough they were there plain as day. I could jump in and grab most of them or just pull up beside them on my zonai boat with wheels and shoot them. So either the update or story dependant.

It's probably more efficient to reach the sky portion of a labyrinth first, activate/complete the sky Shrine, then simply descend to the surface portion, complete it, and finally teleport to the sky labyrinth to open the way to the boss fight in the Depths.
It might sounds more complicated, but that way you can save the time it takes to reach the labyrinths by traversing the surface, given that you will need to reach the sky labyrinths anyway.
You can’t activate the hand thing in the sky until you complete the surface labyrinth, I failed to mention that😉
I get what you’re saying… Either way you have to make your way up there so you could probably do it either way and just open the shrine and then travel back 🤷♀️

So I have started this side quest days ago and got to the sky lomei labrynth and activated 1 terminal before calling it quits for the night, and then left the area the next day to do other stuff. Now I'm back in the sky labrynth and none of the terminals will activate, furthermore; there is absolutely NO quest log for this quest that appears anywhere. I'm stuck on this quest with no way to continue. Anybody know how to fix this issue?!
Did you do the labyrinth on the surface below it first ( you have to do the surface labyrinth underneath the sky one first and make sure and get the hand thing/terminal there) and if so did you activate the terminal on the outside of the labyrinth in the sky before getting the 4 in the labyrinth? Once you activate the first terminal on the outside next to the shrine in the sky go to your adventure log and you should be able to choose the quest
