I personally think that having a progression system like the one in Clash Royale would be a bad idea because if the troops would also get an hp and dmg buff, it would make the game p2w. Now, the only thing a new form gives you is a new ability or a buff to an existing ability that the troop has. So, instead of changing the progression system completely, they could make improvements to it 👍

5:09 I believe this interaction may not be a bug. Fusion start always gives 3 unfused units rather than 1 fused unit, but they just quickly fuse up. And since Ruffs will randomly fuse any other unit than himself (otherwise himself if no unfused units remain), this may overwrite the natural fusion process so you get 3 fused Ruffs instead.
How to use coins: pick 1-2 characters to focus on in shop👍 Also: pick a mark on when to open star chests. I personally open star chests when I hit 400 Star tokens. That costs me 30,000 coins each time, and my coin revenue is able to keep up with this type of progression. That way it takes 1,000 less star tokens total to reach a new ultra!
Hey Claz, appreciate all you do for Squad Busters! You're keeping players alive honestly. I found myself returning to CoC actually, because progression in SB sucks so much, I've even lost my base from 9 years ago and started from scratch. There's even less motivation to open SB so I hope the new changes they're cooking will help improve player engagement and retention.
Actually, that superman colab may be something completely different. The new card they are adding to cr buffs troops and the buffed troops have that superman symbol under them. So maybe it's the new card.
In my opinion I think we should get more troops per update beside everything. To me more troops will make the game more diverse and would generate more dollars for Supercell. I see it as a win win situation.
i think this new 'coop mode' could be how a new level system works. i dont think we are replacing the current baby-classic-super-ect system as adding a new system is easier than replacing old ones and maybe we would like 'feed' and 'care for' our troops sort of like the zen garden in plants vs zombies. that would be pretty weird but this is also the game where fusing people is normal and chickens are fighting optimus prime and barbarians so it doesnt seem too out of this world

After ten attempts, you only get a "random 4-star champion." I watched your video where you spent 7k in-game currency, spent an hour opening those boxes, and finally got a 5-star champion.
WHAT IF! Instead of giving us an ultra of a troop we already have in the gem pass, they gave us an "Ultra Elixir" or something that we can save for upgrading a new troop that comes out. I know that would cut into their revenue big time from new troop releases, but maybe then the "potion" or whatever it is only upgrades a troop from super to ultra so we still have to grind a little or spend some to get the new troop to super before upgrading it with the potion. 🤷

The “superman S” is far more associated with just a random doodle you draw when you’re bored, so I think it was just there to fill space and decoration, similarly to the little smiley faces and hearts present everywhere in the whiteboard

I was playing duo gem hunt with my cousin and then I played a squad league game by myself then we played normal gem hunt so we could fight each other and my squad league rotation was on gem hunt. We played 4 or 5 games and I had the same rotation every time. We got 1st and 2nd in all our games and busted most if not all of the other players in our games
Sales will pick up with ultimates. More balance to game play needed. Everybody will end up wanting the same characters. Make it where the snake eats its tail. I mean make it so certain characters put other OP characters in place. Also have more variations in the music. A lot of great games are ride on the variety of good BGM.

Squad busters is a game that has to be updated CONSTANTLY (like every month). Atleast add an event that takes alot of time to complete. My deadass complete every event in 1 hour
Noo there’s a way that they can keep making money while also buffing f2p. One way is that squad busters can simply just add more stuff 😭 Even if it’s just skins if they bring more stuff then the f2p can grind or just give a pass if they don’t like while buyers can buy it if they want. Another one is just buff both sides . One popular thing everyone wants is that in the gem pass, there should be a free super on the free side and a free ultra on the paid side. that way f2p can get more in their progress and buyers can get way more if they pay for the pass and that’s how supercell can make more money.

Supercell have said that most of their Brawl Stars income is from the Brawl Pass. It would make sense that if you have a poor value pass, you'd see a much lower income.

Making the progression easier in the last update just means that now everyone is rushing to have all four stars, but it is still stupidly hard to go to five. Rather than make the chests give out more and give more doublers, they should've gone to like 5x instead of 10x between the levels. Second thing is that squad league was exactly the place where you shouldn't have given the choice of troops. Now it is way more boring and less skill based, 'cause you don't need to think about the mode and troops and what's the best compo. You just play your favorites every time. Squad league should go back to everyone having the same random troops. Let us choose in the other modes. As a bonus: Make a video on where the different troops peak. You already had a bit of this in your "What Ultra to pick?" video, but it would be cool to hear which troops get the most boost from which level.
Releasing ultimates as of right now is completely useless as they'll only increase the pay to win gap and dont fix the problem at its core which is people not willing to spend money on the game, when ultras already feel unreachable. A gem pass rework could do the difference

It’s not just that the pass is bad. A significant portion of people who spend some on the game are now at, or nearing, the point where their units are all ultra. The distance to ultimate is so absurd that it’s hard to see the point of spending. I currently have all ultras except Royale King. I’m not buying the gem pass because the progression from here seems to be totally luck based. By the time I grind any of the units to ultimate, they will have changed progression at least once, and probably several times. So what’s the point? It’s hard to believe that they didn’t see this coming.
