In this monthly reset we are getting stuff done!! First we have a cozy chat about my fall reading list (TBR!!), then we sit down and do our goal setting routine including wellness, fitness, personal, and money goals (plus reviewing September's goals). The second half of the video is a fun vlog where we enjoy the fall weather in Montreal, clean out my storage locker!!, make healthy pumpkin cream cold brew (Starbucks dupe), and wrap up this reset weekend. ☕️ Coffee recipe (since filming I have perfected it, so use this instead of what I said in the video!)
1/2 cup coffee cream (or dairy-free alternative, use something thicker than milk)
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
tiny splash of vanilla
Froth with a hand frother then pour over your iced coffee! this is enough for 2 servings, you can store what you don't use in the fridge for a day or two.
