However, I personally think that Parcel A will not be significantly cheaper, as it seems that Guocoland will most likely bid very high prices for Parcel B to create their township monopoly in that area. Seems to me that they could very likely price Lentor Modern affordable to slight profit price in order to sell out to show strong demand, and price Parcel A (which they got for much lower price) higher than expectations to support pricing for their flagship LM and make back possible profits lost from LM. What do you think?

RCR Dunman plot estimated to sell at 2300 psf vs OCRR at 2100psf. Hmmm, next Guoco plot IF 1900 psf still can consider. Hyll on Holland going for 2700psf+ looks cheap now also. Can do a review for Hyll? Btw, i guess 50% sold for Lentor Modern.
