Very impressive for two young ladies to have the skills to run mill ,do delivery ,record and edit all the while promoting a family business and getting along. You people should be an inspiration to everyone.
@robertlargura8 It's the getting along part that really demonstrates importance for the business and how they can prioritize the day's business activities in dedication to their clientele. There's no jealousy, no envyism, no unnecessary or derogatory criticism, etc. They demonstrate unconditional love for one/another. If this were my two sisters, one of them would have been charged with murder and most likely convicted.
That's one smart customer, prepping for winter in he middle of the summer when it's nice and warm while stacking it, and well before the fall rush too.
JADE AND EMERALD very important to use rough tarpaulin with many straps over the wood because if you crash or overturn, the wood is like projectiles a large wood tree weighs like an elephant 4.5 tons if there is a cross stop
Again you girls are the best! I love your content and the cooking videos make me so hungry. God bless you and your family and keep up the good work! I also love the dog cute puppy! Again God Bless your and the family!
I love when those loads of wood come in I buy a cord of spruce pine mix and a half cord of white red Burch mix for night time burns when it gets cold in Alberta -50 record cold this past winter.
Your firewood looks very good. Here in Spain we usually buy holm oak firewood for the fireplaces, but they bring us the logs unsplit, and generally we have to split them at home. I really like your videos, keep it up!

Be safe, im standing here in the the santa cruz mountains in californis using my log splitter in 90 degree heat prepping for winter..i love your videos..keep up the awsome job girls..❤
Its more important to orient the hooks on the receiver correctly than crossing the chains and I'm sure you do. Another fine video. Have a wonderful evening all.
.. the tongue box got totaled out years ago but passes inspection even though the lids not latched and barley attached but she has pretty eyes and a cute puppy superb videography and music ..!
Making up stories again @@_Boregard_Rippy more over your story is not making sense. That trailer is just fine. The way it is hooked up is just fine. You are not just fine. In fact you have been a name calling pest on this channel for a long time.
Always fun watching the LCLY team at work. Hopefully, more folks will put their cold season orders in sooner rather than later. Not as much fun delivering when it’s cold and snowy. God Bless your family.
Depends on your state laws. Putting a cover or net over the load should keep the Law off your back. Stocking up in the summer and preparing for the winter is good for the customer 😊
😃😃😃❤❤❤❤❤❤love this content, it is a lot more entertaning than the other lumber channels that are boaring, your channel is so alive!! wonderful job ladies!!
In the UK we have to secure loads with a Tarpaulin or net. If you don’t you get a ticket for having an insecure load. It’s cheaper to cover your load than cause an accident and injuring an innocent person and end up with a law suit against you. Safety and prevention first.
As an American dot rules says that the load should be covered if the delivery is over 3 miles. But a lot of landscapers and homeowners don't know that law Dot isn't general out on weekend so🤷🏻♂️
In the Netherlands there is a law that you have a net over the load. So with all trailers or loading platforms. In itself that law is not wrong, it ensures less accidents of flying load.
Your chains are correct and the reason for crossing them is so that if the trailer comes unhooked at the ball the tongue will drop down and be cradled so that the jack doesn't hit the ground ! #GIRLDAD #TRACTORTRAILERDRIVER #FIREWOODFORLIFE
Hey LCLY-Team, it‘s time for preventive maintenance on your firewood trailer! The timber construction top board on the right side, has a concerning crack! Emeralds German Shepard is an eye catcher. Greetings from a German Shepard enthusiast.😊
I made a comment on another of your post where you were calling your load a cord of wood is a measurement of a tightly stacked load of firewood measuring 4x4x8 feet! It looks like more wood when just thrown in a pile!I loaded and hauled firewood for many years and as someone who burned wood for heat wood never accept a load of wood just piled in the back of a truck or trailer! 11:38
I almost flipped one of those trailer over once, didn't notice the door came open and it came very close to rolling over when the load stayed at the top
I enjoy your videos, nice to see hard working smart young ladies. Love your pup too, I have had a shepherd in the past, very smart loyal dog's. I had Lab's for a while, another great breed, but I finally found what I think is the best breed of all. Australian Cattle Dog's, smartest dog's ever in my book, with an attitude, but enough intelligence to not be uncontrollable. There are Blues and Red Heelers, some of the prettiest dog's you will ever see, my wife says they are so cute, because of the beast they hide, lol. I have a Red now, I have had 2 blues in the past, wish I had found the breed at your age, just passing along my 2 cents
I swear dump trailers are coming from the factory with rust bubbles already showing these days. Then put one on PA roads for winter deliveries with all that road salt, I’m surprised there is anything left of that trailer.
Forget about the chains! I have a PROTEST! Emerald said this is how I deliver the firewood! We only see Jade at the very end of the video- she has to take a back seat to the puppy? I protest! Emerald got a shack with a fan and a chair to sit in what does Jade get? Nothing! Not even a lousy umbrella! This message is for Jade! You tell your sister to quit acting like" THE HEAD CASHIER AT WAL-MART!" ( I just watched these twin girls in Florida say that to each other -when they were working on a project together!) (LOL)
🤣🤣🤣 First off Jade not only has an umbrella she also has a large fan. It is likely that Emerald and Thellona do the deliveries and Jade is along this time to video the delivery. Emerald and Jade are extremely different and extremely close: be careful what you say!!!

In my area we get "special" pricing: $150/cord - for pine. And that's the 30' logs we have to block and split ourselves. You might think the forest was more than 10 miles away but you'd be wrong.
Susquehanna River Valley? You are well north of the West Branch of the Susquehanna. Long ago, we lived about a mile north of the West Branch and the Susquehanna Canal. Did you know about the Canal? That was when we lived in Loyalsock.
In Maine you HAVE to order your firewood about this time of year (late july early august) otherwise you'll be left out in the cold 😉come December. If you can find it in late fall you'll pay 3x for it! It is soooo expensive now due to the price of gas and diesel. (FJB!) It was about $200 in 2019-20, and now ash and beach is about $400-500!
I love those little sound effects you make they're so cute but when you stretch your legs across that trailer all I could think of was ballerina and I used to have a great dane that had a bad habit I'm jumping across my line of sight get his head out the window but that is a beautiful Shepherd

I am hoping that they can get enough firewood sold to established costumers now so they can truly hunt down new customers latter.
You ever process firewood in the summer? Or at all? It's a LOT more pleasant when it's about 40 degrees, or less.
@@feoxorus That is TRUE!! However this is a business and they process firewood more or less all year round.

Super hardworking women and family.
They sure are!!
Chains are indeed crossed - Also twisted up and rusted out ,, Don't shoot the messenger !
nothing wrong with the chains.
.. the tongue box got totaled out years ago but passes inspection even though the lids not latched and barley attached but she has pretty eyes and a cute puppy superb videography and music ..!
The chains are purposely twisted so as not to drag seeing as that would be a hazard. Also rusted??

Using some netting on top of the trailer will keep you from losing wood on the road and will also put your mind on ease while driving.
Man! That salt really does a number on trailers and vehicles. One benefit living in central Texas
cut a couple links off twisted chains ng , ill be that guy. good work lcly team!
That trailer does get hooked up to other trucks where it might need a longer chain.
I love your firewood deliveries, let's be there more often.

nothing falls off, the firewood does not fall off because Emerald makes sure it won't. no need for a net.

Beautiful dog, beautiful lap owner, beautiful dog owner, beautiful looog yaaarrd all round.
In UK, we would expect to tarp the top, or run straps over the top. But we have smaller roads and in worse condition.
As an American dot rules says that the load should be covered if the delivery is over 3 miles. But a lot of landscapers and homeowners don't know that law
