MATERIALS:
- QUILLING SLOTTED TOOL
- PAPER STRIPS: 1 mm width, 30 cm length, 130 gsm weight (I used 10 paper strips for each petal)

- SCISSORS
- GLUE (I use white glue from the brand BIC)
- WIRE & FLORAL TAPE (to make the stems of the flowers)

These are absolutely stunning Miriam, hellebores are one of my favourite flowers, they are so beautiful and are a herald to the coming of Spring. Your skill, dexterity and patience in making these flowers is truly magnificent, to shape 1mm tight coils without them unraveling takes an immense amount of practice and care, it is very difficult to master and you make it look so easy! I love the way you colour these too, I have never tried pan pastels. And I will definitely check out the Paper to Petal Chanel, thank you. I could watch you all day! Thank you for sharing another masterclass. ❤😘
Aww, thank you so much, Orla! 😊 💜 I'm happy you liked these flowers and that you enjoy watching my work! I like these flowers too, though I've never seen them in real life, just pictures :). I wish I could work with 1mm paper strips more often, but I just don't have time. It does take a little bit of patience and practice to work with this size but it gives really nice results! Do check that channel, yes, Manuela (the artist) does such beautiful work!

Thank you, Kim! :) I don't know the size of those paper strips, I didn't measure them. I made them longer and cut out as much as I needed, as much as looked good to my eyes.
