@@Raen1 The final draft actually changes where and when they appear as well. So even if you are ready for the jumpscares, they don't appear where you expect them.
Honestly, the jump scares were the only thing in AW2 I didn't care for. Sure, they made me jump slightly but it was just cheap. Jump scares are such a lazy tactic in horror it surprised me Remedy used them.
Estevez was a lot of fun in the base game and I'm glad she's getting more of a spotlight here. I forget the exact line, but the exchange she has near the end of 2 was my favourite bit of dialogue in the game. "Wish me luck." "The chance and probability department says that wishing someone luck before a crisis is statistically harmful."
That interaction was between Saga and Agent Estevez when they encountered the Taken fight just before Saga gave Alan the item he needed right before he turned into something else. That was a lot of fun. I’m also glad that we’re going to see more of the field Agent Estevez. “The luck and probability department says that wishing someone luck before a crisis is statistically harmful.” Saga replies, “thanks.”

No there is no hiss. If you watch interviews you will see they carry their experience over. Plenty of glowing red and wavy effects in the base game with no hiss.
I feel like there was a throwaway line about Zane being a painter and then remembering he was a poet or filmmaker like a rewritten history/forgotten timeline. But I could be misremembering.
