Hi Mathew, we always watch your videos on food places because you are the most honest person regarding quality and price.
So my family and I went to Alexxis.
Unfortunately we were so disappointed. We ordered the prime rib sandwich. It looked nothing or close to how your sandwich appeared on your video.our French were few and small amount. We had to flag down a bus waiter to get condiments. My sons chicken wings had feathers and he had sit there and remove each feather one at a time. We would have said something but the waiter never came by to see how we were doing.
The waiter was terrible , he was not friendly or attentive.
We felt so uncomfortable.
So glad you had great experience. Maybe they went above and beyond because you were recording.

We saw your video on Binions. So we went the next day after Alexxas. The experience at Binions was spot on. We loved it!! The steaks were delicious. The service was amazing. Our waiter Javier was so friendly and took good care of us.

Same here. I've walked past Alexxa's, formerly Hexx, many times but never ate there. I'm glad Kevin made the invite.
Whenever I go to Las Vegas I stay at Paris. This restaurant used to be the Sugar Factory. I don't remember the patio being that deep, but they may have made changes. When you showed the menu and I saw the French Dip Sandwich, I was hoping you would order it. I am a sucker for French Dip Sandwiches.
That place looks great. A nice view and good food is a winning combo for sure, and the prices weren't crazy high either. I just might need to give this place a try next time. Great job Matthew!!

Alexxxa's was bomb. Shout out to Kevin for the hookup and Beth for taking care of us. Great food, great staff and super environment. Hidden gem in Vegas for sure.

I never stay or go inside Paris but the restaurants you show from there makes it where I have to start eating at Paris resort.
I always have to get the shrimp cocktail when I go here...always fresh!

The pretzels and wings looked good. Wish you had some mustard too. Sorry, back to dreaming of the goat cheese in tomato sauce and profiteroles at Mon Ami Gabi. Which I loved so much I drove to one of their restaurants in Maryland. I'd probably leave when I got to this place. Way too loud and crazy. Hats off to Kevin for managing the chaos and thanks for showing it!
Was looking and the surrounding sound although loud was still pretty decent so no worries. We'll try it on our next trip in february.

your ‘slow-mo dipping time’ gave me the idea to do this when i dip crab into butter. i posted a couple of blue crab videos recently where i filmed dipping the meat into butter, in slow motion. :-)

Hi Matthew, for some reason can't find the Livestream from the other night to comment there, so just commenting here. You were talking about the restaurants at Wynn, and I was curious about the La Cave brunch, so I went to see the menu. I see that they DO have brunch on Saturday as well, so I made a reservation for Saturday Dec. 17. I'll let you know how it is after I try it! Hope you get back to Vegas soon so you can have new material.

As an English person and with the current exchange rate Vegas feels super expensive right now $22 for a sandwich which is about £17 with current rates, for comparison if you bought that here you'd be paying around £4.5/$5.50 and we don't have to add tips or tax on to it either. So sad when I think back to how much value Vegas was about ten years ago. Great VLOG as always though Matthew.
When were you there? I was there last week got home this past Friday. We ate at Cafe Americano. I had the Fish and Chips and it was excellent!!

We eat at Mon Ami Gabi everytime in Vegas (6-8 x's a year), we love it but we will def try Alexxa's. Great videos love from Ontario Canada

Do they still charge the junk fee they call "Concessions fee"? I ate there several times and other Paris/Bally's restaurants during a three week stay during the WSOP and didn't notice until I got home and looked at receipts.

I've generally been disappointed with Alexxa's, but then again I've only had their breakfast meals, which I feel are a bit overpriced for what you get. But that French Dip sammy looks very spot on, so next time I'm at Paris, I just might give it a shot.
