You have to shake the eyeliner tube for at least 30 seconds to distribute the magnetic bit cos it settles ... and one coat will be fine. Wait at least 2 mins for it to dry. Do not apply wet! Try that ... otherwise I agree with other comments, buy from Amazon and give another go ... I wear these 3 days a week now I love em! (Not Eyelure)
