Older Guarding Expert allowed device sorting. Where is this function in Guarding Vision. Seems like this would be a basic function. Maybe it’s time to make some updates to the app fellas.
What's the deal with only internet Explorer browser working? No other browsers work. Also I tried to scan the QR code but it would just stay at connecting to network forever. Any idea what might be the cause? Thanks for any help!

I can’t view from my phone, it said DEVICE OFFLINE, i have reseted my internet box for 4-5 times but still can’t watch from my phone. I am still able to view from my desktop monitors. Can you tell me what should I do in order to watch from my phone. It used to work from my phone but it doesn’t work anymore with a message DEVICE OFFLINE.

@@kingmax2753, I did, just reset ( unplug the power from the DVR BOX) the DVR BOX, then it should work. Give it a try !!!
