I want to thank you for that simple idea about seasoning chicken, I have been rubbing my chicken together once I seasoned them and always felt I didn't get the flavor I wanted even when I used more seasoning. No more lop-sided seasoning for me!!!
Hi Gina, just a quick tip for you. To keep that cutting board still while cutting up anything take a clean wet dish cloth under the board and no more movement from the board. I had noticed in one of your videos when you were cutting up grape tomatoes it was sliding while you were cutting them. This could be from 2 thing either your knife is not quite sharp enough or the board was slipping. Happy cooking.

I seasoned chicken like my daddy he just uses salt and pepper and clean it with vinegar and lime or lemon but the salt and pepper with Auntie flour I think that spell right take so good he use vegetable color Morrell Lard only on high heat gas stove or electric. I follow your recipe because it how my grandmas and mom cook. Great content..
