I believe this could be a way how Amy went out we know she cares for animals stone fur doesn't matter so when she saw furnace doing his job Amy came to save the day but unfortunately was caught and burned screaming for sonic to save him

Even though your running your fate is only creeping closer...' make me feel like Furnace is slightly prodding at Sonic to see if he will do things differently this time around. If Sonic heeded those words, he might have had a chance at survival. It's just with how it's said it really makes me think that Furnace at least would be interested in seeing how the future could change if Sonic listens

Honest criticism: alot of the lyrics sound very off-tune and alot of lyrics sound more like a conversation than a song, regardless there are some good parts that sound great it just makes it harder to listen to with it being so off-tune.

Not bad! Enjoyed Furnace and Eggman's bits, Sonic's could use work though. His timing felt off in places and the effects on his voice were a bit too strong. Definitely happy to see someone step up and do a Prey with Lyrics though!
