I can't believe even with the rain pelting down as it is in this video, the utter lack of raincoats & wellies being worn. An umbrella isn't going to do much to keep you dry when the rain is lashing down sideways. I swear people would rather get totally drenched than run the risk of not looking hip & fashionable.
