I turned the chat off 👍 I've been playing the fake offline just so I could occasionally check the online. I think it's mostly working for me, but I get stuck behind a never-ending loading screen when I try to actually play it.
I've been following your Grim Dawn Acolyte playthru and now you start this. If you goal is to keep me awake all night, not that I'm complaining, it's working. Nice work on the character playthru here.
Solo Character Found is a bit different than SSF, in that it can't access shared storage or the shards, and anything it collects won't go into the common pot of shards and storage. In other words, just about perfect for your general practice of playing a 'clean' character with nothing handed down to them from previous runs. If you were wondering why Dodge was on the loot filter you downloaded, late-game Last Epoch depends on having multiple overlapping layers of defense, much like in PoE, and dodging is one of those defensive layers. However, I really doubt you'll end up far enough down the post-game progression to hit a point where you'll really need it. Early game, I tend to load up on health regen, as that tends to really carry until act 3ish, by which point you've generally got your build up and running. I will say that Hungering Souls is pretty nasty, you can cast it rapidly, it shotguns, is semi-guided, and has a vicious DoT component to it. If nothing else, it is worth replacing Marrow Shards with it, in my opinion. Then again, you level so rapidly in the early game that the window of its utility is probably fairly narrow.
Game is much improved with 1.0 A few things I noticed: 1. Complete makeover of the Acolyte. New animations, new voice over, new half-melted face. 2. Complete remake of several areas (the Imperial era/palace especially). 3. Much improved graphics in general. 4. Better animations inside the game. Heorot actually gets hit by Rahyeh's beam now instead of it blowing up at his feet. 5. New monsters and bosses in the campaign. Moved around what damage types are where too. You're oging to need different resistances in different areas.
There's going to be a lot of things like this that I don't know. I went into this semi-blind. I've only played 3 other characters, so I'm semi-new. Cheers for the info :)
I did. It was from the channel The Curse. I'm not sure if it still works, I haven't played this for a little while. Last I heard they were fixing the bugged interaction.
For $35 it's pretty good. Obviously don't buy it if you're strapped for cash or whatever, and don't buy it if you absolutely have to have smooth online play.
@@Paikis mostly would want single player anyway :P I may get it on a sale, I've got such a huge backlog, and most of my time is going to Helldivers 2 and Deeprock Survivors, with some Grim Dawn and HOTS thrown in there 😅

Last epoch is like 4-5 episodes per and then it's just mapping which doesn't seem like good content but welll seehow it goes.

A lot of things have been added since I last played. I might just delete my characters and start over

Rip, Firestarters Torch. It's one of the best leveling items. The proc 1-shots packs and since its fire you can leech the damage from the gloves
