Was not the last MGB to be made, that was a white MGB that went to the US. The MGB by this time was limping into the 1980's. Jaguar, Rover, Triumph by this time was trying to push the TR7 which of course no one wanted either here or overseas.
As a younger person who has owned an MGB for more than 13 years, this video made me want to sell my car and walk away from the pretentiousness of the turkeys pretending that the MGB isn't a mass produced car with questionable manufacturing quality from the get-go. Our cars are excellent in design and adequate in engineering, at best. Pretending that they're somehow museum-worthy and precious is plain silly. Get some perspective, buy an XKE if you're looking for fame
Outstanding video and presentation.
You could have saved all that time, resources and money by just giving the thing to me

Lovely!
Nice!
wow
A bloody waste of time and money
As an MGB owner, this is the answer. It's a mass-produced car, not a hand-built jewel

I agree BUt. Simple, almost crude cars but endearing and known worldwide. Abingdon is still proud.
