This is all true. When I was "deployed" to El Paso, TX last year... I processed a package for someone who was going to Florida and I gave them an NTA for Nov 2025. They will probably never show up to that court date. We tried pushing back and tried taking our authority back to make admission judgements and we were told no. The system is FUCKED.

I'm so relieved to hear the 2 of you discuss this topic with common sense. Our country in my opinion for whatever it's worth is that we need come back to being understanding and looking at things from other people s view point. Actually listening to each other and taking a breath to try and see it from the other point of view and have a discussion not an argument .

I was grounded for 6 weeks for bad grades and during that time I would get my grades up and get ungrounded and the next 6 weeks I would party and let my grades drop and end up grounded the next 6 weeks. That went on my four years of high school.

With the combination of Border Patrol complications, the lack of support, and politically influenced public perception, I almost feel like CBP/ICE just became this generation's Vietnam Vets. The overall situation is just sad and the "leaders" overseeing the strategy and operations behind it are, as Evan Hafer would say, just "nasty." 😂
