I want to like this plan, and mostly do. Like the spacious bedrooms. My biggest issue is laundry on the first floor. Seems like a really bad idea when all the dirty clothes, but for a few towels, are on the 2nd. I think I'd lose the master suite sitting room, make it a big closet, and make the existing closet the laundry. Surely they could figure out a door into main common area, in addition to master suite.
If all the bedrooms are upstairs, why place the washer and dryer downstairs. I love the size of all of the bedrooms; however, the space allocated to every other area looks pretty cramped for a 2900+ square foot home.
