I love the idea that you're trying to be as thorough as possible explaining on how to use the RV. but honestly, we want to see the trailer, not an instruction manual on how to use it :)
Leave that for when you're selling it in-person

I thought the same thing, my wife and I were sitting here wishing the salesman would just take the viewer on a tour of the unit first instead of explaining the generator and pump panel for 5+ minutes.
