If three players are on defense the HB won't drop into defense. There's no space. You could play a back for with two attacking wingbacks or full backs and you'll find a regular 3-2 as your back five.
Some of the most original (and stupendous 😂) content for tactics by a mile mate! Love it. Currently running a double regista affair idea taken from your vid on that set up. Surprisingly effective
You should have played with a back three, wide center backs on the attack, a covering ball-playing defender in the middle, three half backs, two defensive wingers on defense (stay wide), and a complete forward or false nine up front. 3-3-2-1 formation, positive, narrow, high defensive line, and attacking line. Instructions: ease tackling for halfbacks and man-mark key players. Counter and counter-pressing, trap in the middle. Short passing and high tempo.
I always wonder every video who the guy is who says 'What' at 4:09 Great content, as ever, though. In a lot of RUclips videos I hate random stuff dropped into the edit, breaking up the flow of a video, but on yours it always just works and make me laugh!
3 HBs works pretty well, I'm playing 2 Libero (S) and WB (A) 3 H (D) with a RMD (A) WT (A) and PF (A). 9 wins and 2 draws with AZ so far, it's early days but send to be working really well
Hello from sunny Uzbekistan) if you really love hard and interesting challenges in FM, take that: Easy challenge: take two clubs from League One and promote to the Premier League, but your first club HAVE TO stay in PL while you in second team. Medium challenge: Three clubs from League One, first two clubs HAVE TO stay in PL. Hard challenge: Three clubs from League Two, first two clubs HAVE TO stay in PL. Impossible challenge: TEN clubs from Championship, other conditions you know) For EVERY challenge: a single relegation with any former team, you’re lost.
I wanted to use the sheet - but couldn't edit, it's in view-only mode. I tried having 5 at the DM level (3 HB, 2 WB-S) and a Libero in the back as well as the WB's being in the fullback position. It worked decently, but my forwards suddenly struggled for some reason. My creative midfielder (who also knew DM) also didn't do well. The fullbacks version worked better, especially with the youth teams. In both versions for my senior team, the offense died for whatever reason.
Might work, only issue I have found is when you lose the ball the Half Backs are still abit advanced and literally no body to cover. IFBs don't quite get across enough.
Well let's continue with more uncommon roles wise target forward / wide playmaker / wide midfielder for the wide roles wouldn't really consider mezzala or f9 as uncommon roles imo
I feel this would've been better with a back 4 of iwbs on attack & 2 liberos on defend liberos acting as dms, the hbs dropping to form the back 3 & the 2 iwbs acting like cms creating a 3 box 3 shape going to try it out & see how it plays in-game

Love to hear this mate

Damn it lost away at Ajax

Thank you for the suggestion my friend
Maybe a back 3 with two WCB on attack and one CD in the middle

I'll take a look at it
Inter Milan already did this when their midfielders dropped deeper than their defenders.
Id love to see a tactic with two raumdeuters and an enganche and a poacher. Basically a zero press from the front.
That would be so hard to pull off knowing FMs love for high press 😂🤔
@@StingerNeilD go for it 🤣
Wonder how much possession you could have on average over a season
Can you do everybody in midfield please
I’ll add this into the sheet but how about 10 midfielders on support. No defenders and no strikers.
Pep’s dream and nightmare at the same time.
Pep approved
What about two IFBs, two DW, two CAMs and no CB?

Gareth Southgate Likes this.
That man would have included 3CBs too
create a tactic that combines mezzala, segundo volante and liberos also f9, i want to see tactics with uncommon roles

Tactic is interesting 😂
If you use the sheet drop a comment on the vid saying you did 👍🤘
Seems the sheets isn't allowing people in. 😂 for now just post ideas here as a standalone comment

Nevermind tried that didn't work at all the middle hb was the only one dropping down going to try just one libero now
1 libero & 2 iwbs is working pretty well for this having the iwbs means there's more cover in the center & it gives more time for everyone to readjust
Nice work. As you can probably tell I didn't spend a ton of time trying variations 👍
How about a 3x Halfback + 3x Libero😵
Jesus
Easy
I used wide centre backs on support
Did it work well?
@@StingerNeilD yes won the league with Celtic
It not that hard though
