the tier 7 is a fun example of how big a difference the better tracks can make. When you first play it it turns like the litteral titanic. I had to equip turbo and rotation mechanism to make ends meet. As soon as you get the tracks however you go from 20 to 25 traverse speed, your ground resistances become miles better and you can actually be very nimble. Get improved aiming for the firepower slot, it makes it so much more enjoyable. Great tank, only the T27 american heavy tank of the same tier can hold a candle to you, you are a litteral tier 7 god of the hulldown in this bad boy.
My T32hit him 5tomes crossing open ground then switched to gold at 10 meters and couldn’t pen the hull at tier 8. He destroyed my tank with no damaged received after holding back the other 4 heavies. Why play heavies anymore?
Just put myself to grind this line - literally the first game in the tier 7 was Ace tanker. In tier 7 this thing can just steamroll. Especially if you have a half decent team , it is basically impossible to lose a match. Obviously if you get flanked, it is the end of the line for you but this applies to almost all vehicles. I dot agree that the tier 7 is really dangerous in its tier.
Skill, surely it is a good idea to carry a few Hi-X in the 3 slot in case of situations like the one you had at the start of this game where you faced off against another CC-56? I have found that it does wipe off a very tiny amount of HP but it also causes criticals, which is never a bad thing. This is my go-to routine when faced with a hull down CC from the 56 upwards, even the Minatauro. Every little helps.
Seeing how many of these are in the games i went with SU 152 - HE does over 700 damage when you hit these tanks in the side - thank you skill for teaching dirty baboons to have ideas
The thing is since you do not enjoy Kranvagn, it's understandable that you will also not enjoy the Minotauro, but that doesn't change the fact that they are op. I agree with you on the Tier 7, it's not op armor-wise, you have many weakspots, but you can still make it work much more easily because of the players in the lower tiers. So overall, the new Tier 7 will not be too big of an issue for the experienced players, but it will easily ruin some poor beginners game.
So far I really enjoyed t7 tooo. I am at t9 now, about 3.5k xp needed for t10, but t7 was better I agree. Hiwever low tier artas still a pain in the... In t5 mm, that lefh just crazy as hell... Destroying all the game experience.

hello Baboon King, i wish this italian td's from tier 7 up would have special matchmaking. special MM not in the common way not seeing tanks 2 tiers or even one tier up but not seeing tanks 2 tiers down. the armor is balanced for higher tier tanks and in the hull down meta we live in, a lower tier tanks is pretty useless when meeting one of this tanks. only chance would be to swarm push it and hope you shoot it down fast enough before all of you get killed by the rest of the red team
Only Minotauro left to ace and i will go back to the tier V the best and really OP/BROKEN tier by tier... DPM with AP/HEAT about 2.1k-3.6k and with HE 3.4k-5.7k AND LET's not forget the cammo that is better than ELC EVEN 90... (When it's stationary)
yes, rate of fire of tier 5 is great and HE-pen too. but hitting ... you need to aim longer then fully. remember "aiming reduces dpm". camo on tier 5 & 6 is great and tier 6 has a powerfull gun too. for me a drawback is the 3 men crew giving multiple roles to commander & loader. unless you you can retrain a 4 to 5 perk crew or have lots of crewbooks you have to decide what you leave out: - viewrange - repairs - camo - intuition - snapshot - bia make your choice - but don't complain you miss something. same is for equipment, choose for camo, viewrange or gunhadling ... you can't have all to the max. btw, a turbo can be usefull too as the tier 5 and 6 are slower then even the same tier stug

Aced tier V on 4th battle tier VI on 10th battle Tier VII on 1st battle Tier VIII on 7th battle tier IX on 7th battle and now i'm struggling with the Minotauro funny fact played with it only 10 battles in live well not test server but it feels like i played million battles with it already... I simply hate it just like the 122 TM let's just hope i will not gonna need to play with it 200+ battles to ace it just as i had to do in order to ace the 122 TM...
@@edelmann4388 I put x2 crews 1 to tier V another to tier X and changed only few crew skills one crew is from Italian MT's another from Italian HT with 5-6 perks... + have crew book to create 1 more crew with 4-6 perks but i really doubt i will play the Italian TD's even the tier V that is fun/op... What i hated about the tier VI it was getting engine knocked out almost every single time you taking a hit from enemy...
I got the SMV. I think it stinks. It has the same pen as the Bassoto in T6. I have so many 0 dmg games its ridiculous. It's only useful if top tier. Get a T8 or T9 game and expect to do poorly.
i have played 12 games with this t7 TD and i can not make it hit. i know it is a beast, but some reason i just keep missing my shots. it looks to me, that the shell is flying out not from the gun, but somewhere else. i know i might be wrong here, most likely am, but i don't know, i just don't hit the targeted areas. hehe, just looked, my average dam over 12 games is just 1400:) let just say, that is looooow.
I dunno have the tank atm, everything just pens the mantlett as it is just 80 mm spaced armor with nothing behind it it seems so yea.. Oh and the gun is garbage 175 pen and 212 gold pen is 2014 levels of penetration.. As u guessed it the tank is not working for me.

You reviewing tanks while using food and directives is just simply cheating your viewers. 12.5% better crew skills... that is CONSTANTLY what you fail to mention, Skill4ltu. 12.5% is almost THREE extra ventilation modules for free. Improved turret rotation, gun dispersion while turning your turret AND while turning your hull, track rotation, ground resistances, load time, aim time, accuracy, camo while moving AND stationary, repair time, view range, radio range. You name it, food + directives improve it. It is by far more impactful than spamming full gold. TL:DR you are cheating your viewers in a fair and realistic tank review by using pay2win mechanics only affordable by premium account users in the long run.
Played about 74 games with it yesterday and I'll say that I love this vehicle. Aced it several times and got it up to 70% MoE. Sure the turret armor is fairly strong, but the tank can easily be dealt with by aiming at several of its weakspots, namely: LFP, gun mantlet and cupolas. Tier 6s regular shells can and will go through as well as premium shells from tier 5s. The gun handling is fairly decent, but the accuracy is far from making it sniper, although I got blessed by rng on several long shots. The top gun is to be treated like an IS/IS-2 gun in terms of gameplay. As for weaknesses, I'd say the top speed is fairly slow (which is fine) and its abysmal traverse speed. It's also very vulnerable to flanking/swarms and should never go alone. Overall, I'd say the tank is fairly balanced as its armor is not idiot proof, but also strong enough to go toe to toe against tier 8 heavies. Most people probably didn't yet realize the entire gun mantlet is only 80mm thick so yeah a tier 4 can pen it

WG could have an option not to meet +2 for credits but if you do you get more xp and or credits.
I am liking the SMV-CC-56 but NOT with the autoloader. The 90mm has enough AP pen to engage most enemies and IMO is better at punishing the enemy.
