Hey u were wrong about 3 things when u were a ETS i was A ETS CDI (Chief Drill Instructor) When the whiteboard isnt working u need to rejoin When the recruits are talking give them strikes You forgot to tell them to wedge at the end at long the BMT in discord
30 seconds in and its unrealistic as hell. They say "yes instructor" and then ets are doing the trainings it's the regiment there being trained for and a private rarely does training and when they do it's within supervision
