hello there are some company that do ir for budgie breeders, oestinger is one of most used for top breeder but there are other company that do that. maybe Sam Wildes in facebook can help he sale lot of products and sure can say you how to get, good luck!

some of those English budgies are very ugly. I am pretty sure that in the future this kind of breeding will be Illegal. Breeding birds with problem is problem for the future.
