I was absolutely addicted to Morse on TV in the 1980's-90's! It's now wonderful to hear it on the wireless. I always have loved the wireless since a little girl listening to Dick Barton, Paul Temple and Journey into Space. Saturday Night Theatre too! My favourite medium! Thank you for this upload 🙏🏻👏👌
EXCELLENT THANKS 😊
Thank you very much!!!!!!
thank you
Very good
Excellent! Great twist at the end. Well worth a listen.
@Susan: Oh, there's a plot twist at the end? I can't wait!
I listened to it a few months ago. Yes, very good. You won't be disappointed!
Superb channel! Thank you.
O lawd morse got a kiss at last!!!!
I love radio drama, and enjoyed this, but I do prefer the story as constructed for TV. I feel the same way about the audiobook of The Daughters of Cain -- I was intrigued to hear how it was apparently written, but TV made a far more convincing job of the story and its meaning.
Sounds like me when my dentures slip.
crazy in love
Jack Sugden is Inspector Morse 😃
So, Lewis is being played by Ed Reardon! Well, the man who created and played Ed Reardon for BBC Radio 4. Hope he gets residuals for this so he can feed his cat, Elgar.

The credit reader at the end said; 'From the book by Colin Dempster' as opposed to 'Dexter'
