Hi Margaret! The phone booth made me cry, but I made a “call” to talk to my mom and dad. ❤️ I do not have rest days built into my schedule. This was a big mistake! I now have plantar fasciitis and am limping across France like Quasimodo! I have just completed 15 km and still have 13 to go for today. I have decided to get off the muddy trail and walk on the road. I think this may be easier. Bon Chemin!
How beautiful ❤️ be careful I have suffered with PF on and off for 30+ years. Bob and Brad US physios on utube give good advice on stretching. I found them very helpful. Take care
