u lucky to have a heater on the tractor .......my same laser has no heater ..... cold today in the cab for the first time this year while cutting ....good video !!!!
Very interesting! Nice to see farmers working to maintain a piece of landscape diversity. Years ago, osage orange (the trees I make the fence posts from), were used extensively in my area for a similar purpose. Seems today that most farmers are intent on removing the hedgerows. What is the species of your hedge?
These fence posts up sideof the ditch are these for wat we call a scare fence basically 2 strands o barb wire🤔 good job there it's one o the few jobs never done on farms unfortunately 😕
Great job there post's with wire makes it a little difficult broke my window today trimming ☹️if you have time have a look at mine videos cheers Antony farming

Great vid Dan boy how many acers and cows are you farming
210 cattle on 250 acres
Great video mate
Your making a decent job of those. i hate seeing hedges cut on a bi annual frequency, as you say very quickly the just become a gappy untidy mess.

Nice one
Does that Massey have cab suspension
Yes it does.
Just a questiom , why not let them grow?
They are cut to keep them thick and bushy - this is particularly important in livestock areas where hedgerows still act as living fences.
@@massey420 they don't look either thick or bushy at all .. in fact the hedge looks entirely overtrimmed.
very watchable as always.
Why don’t you keep the fence tight to the hedge and when the posts rot the wire will be helped up by the hedge
He wouldnt he able to cut it then it would get tangled up ha
Because there's ditches around the field.
did i see Twose on that . you said it as i was typing it
