Sir i am single kidney patient. Working as school teacher, stand and speak 3-4 hour a day. Usually mr serum Cr. Is 1.6 to 1.9. But if i take rest from my job for 3-4 days, it goes down 1.3. It happened 5-6 time. Should it could be due to dehydration ? Should i increse water intake during my working hour?My age is 35 male. Weight 65 kg.
