1. it's not possible to include the serial number and HSN code in a quotation. 2. It's because header information does not fit in the provided space, either can be rearranged to fit in the provided space. Otherwise, it has to be customised in the report

In the customer form can add the language as english. Thus when creating quotation to that particular customer it will be in english.
