What about on a black hat? Would you be able to see the designs?
Sadly it doesn’t work on black hats.
Do this to the black hats and it will have subtle design. Or paint over the burnt lines to make them pop

I just tried this on a white 35/65 hat I got from Amazon and my tool more melted the material versus giving it the burned look. Thoughts?
