The Francis Ellis character is one of the most fascinating things in barstool. Man is unhinged in the most put together way possible

"Nick Young meme". Dude was the exact opposite of a rat fuck and told Pat straight up unlike everyone else, Pat could've used that opportunity to be an ally. Instead he called him a rat and earned a strong enemy for it. The females are much smarter than the males from what I've seen so far in this series, except for tommy who's 100% sus.

These shows are interesting because all the contestants know each other in real life. So their pre-existing friendships / mutual friends make it so their are pre-existing alliances. Of course Francis and Rudy are the strongest bond because even if we don’t see them in content together often. Rudy is best friends with Nick and KB who are also pretty close to Francis so it is safe to assume they have some sort of friendship.

1. Pat lost the game when he got emotional and immediately went after spider. You only need to watch a single one of these type of competitions to know that the best way to get revenge is to backstab someone while pretending to be an ally. It's also the only way that will keep the target off you until the later rounds
2. Competition probably comes down to who wins the next challenge. The 3 people in the tent know they have a 3-2 advantage and just need to vote out francis/rudy to get a spot in the final. Easiest alliance ever if say spider wins. Francis/Rudy winning the challenge gets them to the final
3. I know Francis wanted a good sleep but for the exact 3-2 tent vs house reason, francis should have stayed in the tent while they got spider in the house to create a team of 3. Huge brain fart that may cost them the whole competition
Exactly and that’s how u play the game with thinking like that
was thinking the exact same thing as parts 2 and 3. I won't fault them bc its probably much easier to strategize from my couch and not sleep deprived with bugs in my hair, but I really think both of them staying at the house will cost them valuable alliance making chances. That being said, I am happy with anyone winning at this point.

I am not a TV show person at all, but this game show is the funniest and most plot twisting shit ever. I love it and I really hope this becomes an annual thing. Side note: I always thought Francis was a douche but honestly this has made me a fan.

Spider wins it all
as a huge survivor fan, i can now, retroactively, see how tommy won this so easily the first time. even though i was rooting against him and even though i dont think hed fare well in actual survivor, tommy understands that the manipulation needs to be done tactfully and with nuance. at least he understands it much better than the average barstool employee. pats attempt here was so ham-handed and abrasive, i had to do a double take and rewind that part to make sure i heard him right. on the other hand, rudy and francis pretty much telling everyone to their face that they consider each other #1 and #2 in the remaining alliance is wild. pat could have leveraged that to take out the logical #3 of the remaining fireside alliance (spider) with grace and megan.
they could have never taken out spider bc they would only ever be able to deadlock the votes and then rudy would likely have the final say and vote pat out. even if they gave the power to the council, jackie and dana would have voted pat out straight away bc he backstabbed them both already
@@mitchellwilliams2060 well yeah, i don't know how tiebreakers work, i don't think there was one last year either, but i could be misremembering. either way, going for broke and going out on a 3-3 vote is a hell of a lot better than being unanimously voted out.

on the preview for the next episode they are talking about how rudy and francis were a little to chummy on the mattress firm, I was thinking the same thing but more so francis. Rudy kind of seemed uncomfortable and not wanting to egg into that as much, also tried to downplay picking francis as well by saying francis helped him in the challenge instead of just were boys lol. My guess is Rudy wasn't into Francis being so open and chummy and specifically saying they have an end game strategy that they OBLVIOUSLY already came up with lol.
